Negative: STAFF. Many, many problems with home, needed more cleaning as in floor, sofa bed unusable due to crumbs & "hair", dryer drum filled with dirt & pubic hair, broken drawer & towel rack, NOT suitable for 1 yr old. Unattached screws, which he got 1 in his mouth, dirty floor, old food on furniture, which 1 year old pulled off and ate. Old sponge left on kitchen floor along the edge, amongst others. Arrived early with youngster but wasn't allowed in even though property was ready. Vacasa does not return calls on complaints, no kickback/moneys return at all from company. Never use Vacasa again. Not to mention I originally used Booking.com. rating would have been good but no communication back from Vacasa!!!! Word of advise Vacasa, communicate, return calls, be helpful. You won't be in business long!!!
Summary: Do Not use Vacasa. This property is beautiful but not worth the price.
