Located in the classic Sugarloaf Village neighborhood, you'll enjoy a quiet, private location, while still being directly on the complimentary resort shuttle service route for hassle-free drop-off at the base area in ski season. During biking season, ride directly out your front door, with easy access to the popular Narrow Gauge trail and Sugarloaf's renowned purpose-built single-track trail system. You'll also be conveniently located for golf, zip line, and other mountain adventures, as well as restaurants and bars for apres. If you'd rather cook at home in the full kitchen or grill on the deck, the well-stocked Mountainside Grocery is right around the corner.
You can drive right to the door and enjoy free private parking. The complimentary Sugarloaf resort shuttle service also goes right by the house on a seasonal schedule.
Guests are not allowed to use the woodstove. No smoking in the house. Any pets are not allowed on the furniture. Shovels and Salt are provided for snow removal. We contract with snow removal but it can take time for them to get to us so we ask that guests are responsible for walkways and snow/ice safety during their stay. Thank you!
