Summary: Located just off the beaten path between uptown and downtown this townhome is placed in the middle of adventure. 5-minutes from downtown and 5-minutes from uptown Fairfield; guests will have access to all their hearts desires. This beautiful townhome is a two-story sanctuary tucked in off the side road of our popular Piedra road that if followed can take you to adventures backdoor. Just up the road from Williams Lake Reservoir, Plumtaw, Piedra Falls, Piedra River Trail, The Ice caves and so much more. If guests choose to head downtown, they will find themselves in the heart of historic downtown Pagosa Springs where the world's deepest geo-thermal Mother Springs is located. From this spring the other pools that are for guest use are fed. Majestic in all its beauty Pagosa offers so much to see and experience and after a long day of riveting adventure or lazy days guests can find comfort and relaxation in this comfortable home away from home. So kick off your shoes and cozy up for rest and relaxation. The Space: This townhome has two levels. The bottom level has a bedroom with a full bathroom attached, there is an additional full bathroom located on the main level. Upstairs is a Gameroom area with Darts. The downstairs bedroom has a queen. Guest Access: Aside from two blocked off bedrooms that guest will not have access to. The majority of the town home is at the disposal of guests. Mountain Vista is found about half a mile down Piedra Rd to the right off of HWY 160. The Neighborhood: The townhome is located in a quiet community overlooking Pagosa Peak, surrounded by a forested area, and with an open view that will make you want to stay longer. Getting Around: The townhome is located of CR 600 AKA Peidra Road and is a quarter mile from the main hwy 160 Other Things to Note: *WIFI is provided, but not guaranteed. We live in a small town and experience frequent outages, we do not have access to high speed internet just yet. No refunds will be granted for WIFI issues.
