Positive: Affordable option for a family of four with enough room for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped with appliances, utensils, etc.
Negative: Would have liked a way to turn off the porch light at night. Curtains in bedroom could have been better to help block out light, particularly since we were on edge of parking lot and could see road traffic.
Summary: Comfortable, affordable option for a family of four.
