Mountain View at the Carriage House Suites is a short drive south of Golden on Highway 95 nestled on a substantial property adjacent to the Columbia River and world famous Columbia Wetlands. The private suite offers river and lake access, along with ample parking and is positioned above oversized garages providing the suite with incredible mountain and river views. Golden is in the heart of 6 Mountain Parks and offers exceptional year round recreational opportunities.
The Mountain View Suite is a cozy, bright, modern space offering comfortable accommodations for couples, small families and small groups. There is a small deck for cooking and eating which provides guests with amazing views of the Columbia Valley. There is also seasonal access to a large fire pit area and the Columbia River and swimming pond.
We do not live on the property so interaction will mainly be via email and text; however we are very interactive providing quick responses to questions and are available to come to the property in emergency situations.
This is a rural property so we offer quiet accommodations with fabulous wildlife viewing opportunities. Note - while the railing runs adjacent to the property the suite is well insulated and you are unlikely to hear any noise from the train while inside the suite.
There is no public transit and Golden is a 15-20 minute drive so a vehicle is required.
