This beautiful home has a fenced yard and mountain view! It is in Riverbend community so you can use the community beach, swim the lake, walk the trails, enjoy the river too. Pets are welcome. A river runs through the community. There is no smoking inside the home. You can pick up a parking pass for the beach parking at the guard shack. We provide you with all coffee, tea, coco, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, linens, towels and paper products needed for your getaway. All you need to bring, is your clothes, food and the desire to kick back, relax and enjoy. There is a grill for BQ. There is a wood fire pit in the yard with wood free of charge. We have hummingbirds off the deck.

Summary: Most beautiful stocked rental I have ever stayed in. Bed was comfortable. Yard was perfect for my fur babies. I loved the gas fireplace. The scented candle burner was also a lovely touch to make one feel at home during the holidays. Would definitely rent again if in the area.
