PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME BEFORE BOOKING TO MAKE SURE IT'S AVAILABLE! My sincerest apologies, but because we only rent to one group at a time (and you get access to our entire 5 acre wonderland), and because we've had incessant demand to book ALL of our lodging, unfortunately we've had to adopt some minimum night booking requirements as follows: at least 4 Nights in at least the main house (vrbo 1558069); or 3 Nights in at least the main house and guest house 2 (vrbo 1451935); or at least 2 Nights in all the lodging: main house (vrbo 1558069) and guest house 1 (vrbo 2015668) and guest house 2 (vrbo 1451935) and the Studio that adjoins guest house 2 (2017642) and guest house 3 (vrbo 2016784). Also, unfortunately due to massive demand for weekend bookings, events will be an extra cost additional to the minimum booking requirements, which depends on the number of attendees. Events are our least favorite thing to allow (see our San Diego Mountain View Estate website)! Our sincerest apologies, but other than the nights of August 7th & 8th being available, we just booked clear thru to August 30th. We're also booked Sep 4th to 7th and Sep 18th to 21st and October 14th to 19th. Much appreciated:) Darryl (Fridas Husband)This is the 1500 square foot Guest House 1 (Casita), full kitchen, full bathroom, huge 1 bedroom with queen and 2 doubles, with washer & dryer, sofa bed, dining room set. We have Central A/C & heat everywhere! Centrally located and 15 minutes off the coast (meaning no overcast, humidity, rain or chilliness from the ocean air!), Amazing 5 acre beautifully and completely lighted wonderland quietly hiding behind a solid wall of one thousand 20 foot high Ficus trees with a breathtaking mountain view: *Beautiful Calming Water Fountain; *Regulation Tennis and Basketball Court; *Large heated Pool with lap lane & jacuzzi (with an electric pool cover for when its not being used); *Professional half mile lighted track around the entire perimeter of the 5 acres--12 feet wide and so smooth that you can walk, run or ride bikes--2 laps is a mile; *Huge commercial lighted play set, swing set & volleyball/badminton net in 1/4 acre park with tether ball (all on padded turf); *Soccer and football field, Frisbee and Volleyball field; *24 foot high lighted double commercial slide; *Two 16 foot trampolines; *Fireplace on the back porch; *Backporch has electric controlled screening all the way around; *Good Barbecue (stainless steel from Costco $500 bucker); *Ping pong table, outdoor TV, small fire pit (Costco type, $1,000 bucker), etc. *Huge 16 person lighted firepit with bathroom; *All fields and parks mentioned have elegant dense artificial turf with 1.5 inch foam underneath so when kids fall, they don't get hurt! *Guests have access to an 8 passenger golf cart (see photo). *A custom built 16-20 passenger electric train for traveling around the perimeter of the 5 acres (see photos). *Outdoor Video security system everywhere on the 5 acres, * We have a crib, high chair, playpen, frisbee, football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, tetherball, bocci ball, badminton, tennis rackets, etc. *A bunch of stores, restaurants and banks are 4 minutes away! Del Mar fairgrounds 12-15 minutes, Del mar Beach 15-20 minutes, Legoland 25-30 minutes, SD Airport & Downtown 40-45 min., SD Zoo 30-35 min., SD safari 25-30 min., Seaworld 25 min., Rancho Santa Fe 2 min.
