This entire space of 2,881 sq ft is available to you! Three floors to accommodate small or large groups.
Home is in the mountains and is located on a dirt road. You can expect the driveway to be bumpy and rocky with some narrow turns.
4 wheel drive highly recommended during the WINTER season.

~3RD FLOOR~
On the top floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The vaulted ceilings and breathtaking mountain views will make you feel on top of the world! The master bedroom has a king size bed, and attached bathroom and beauty vanity. The second room hosts a queen size bed and the third bedroom is complete with two sets of bunk beds - two twin size & two full. All upstairs bedrooms have full closets and lots of natural sunlight.
~MAIN FLOOR~
Our spacious open main floor plan is furnished with plush lazy-boy reclining sofas, a 55 inch TV, a large oak dining table, breakfast bar, and newly renovated half bathroom. Enjoy stunning views as you eat at the outdoor dining area on the huge wrap around deck, or relax and soak in the hot tub as the sun sets over the landscape. Don't forget to check out the night sky with the telescope!
~BASEMENT~
In the basement, there is entertainment for everyone! Air hockey, foosball, and hoops as well as a designated poker room with poker table and set. Grab a refreshment from the kitchenette minibar and enjoy a movie on the 75 inch big screen whilst snuggled up on the queen size pull out sofa bed. This room is designed as an additional bedroom, complete with closet and door for privacy.
~EXTRAS~
You will have full access to two kayaks and two paddle boards for your leisure at nearby Evergreen Lake, when weather permitted! Please return as found. Waiver is required, and will be available at residence. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each check out.
Bring the kids to play on the outdoor play area or to bounce on the trampoline! A sanitized pack & play crib with clean sheet is available at request.
☆The Mountain Top Escape is regularly enjoyed by many families. The home is 30 years old and has endured plenty of harsh winters and hot dry summers. Please note this home does show its age and wear in some places ☆
In the WINTER season, 4WD is highly recommended, as we can get sufficient snow at the higher elevation - driveway and road will be plowed on snowy days. Weasel Way is a dirt road.

At the row of mailboxes on Woodchuck, take a right onto fawn path. Follow up onto Weasel Way and the Mountain Top Escape is the third driveway on the right. It will be marked with a sign.
Park in the lower driveway by garage, or in the upper driveway by front door

Evergreen has some of the most lush green hills, incredible views and sunrises, historic downtown shopping, and regular mountain wildlife sightings!
Nearby attractions and hiking - Maxwell Falls, Elk Meadow, Three Sisters, Mt Falcon, Mount Evans, Red Rocks, and Echo Mountain to name a few! Visit downtown Evergreen and check out the boutiques, dining, breweries and bars. Don't forget to grab an ice cream before your walk around Evergreen Lake!
Take a day trip to Lookout Mountain, Mount Evans, Morrison town, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, or any of the famous CO ski resorts!

Absolutely no vaping/smoking cigarettes or Marijuana near or inside home. Please dispose of butts in a can or container and put in outdoor trashcan.
All forms of smoking pose a major fire hazard to the home/neighborhood.
No open fires allowed any time of year. This home is located in dry Colorado forest.
There is a gas firepit for guest use, we ask that you turn off propane after use.
Please closely monitor grill AT ALL TIMES during use - DO NOT leave unattended. This is also a fire risk.
Must shower off any lotion, deodorant, perfume, cologne or makeup before entering jacuzzi.
☆☆NEVER leave children unattended outside or on the deck. The hot tub poses a drowning risk, and we have an abundance of Colorado wild life in the area including bears and mountain lions☆☆
Flip flops or shoes should be worn on deck to avoid injury.
Must agree to respect home and follow pre check out instructions. Please leave home tidy and ready to be cleaned.
Please report spills or damage immediately over message.
An additional fee of $400 will be charged for leaving home filthy or trashed.
Charges will apply for missing or taken items from home.
Please take advantage of dog door, and the two provided dog runs for pet bathroom trips. We do a thorough inspection for damage and pet accidents after check out.
No access to any items in garage, other than trash cans
Please stay out of owner's closet in laundry room. Washer, dryer and laundry supplies are for guest use.
