The Mountain Nest Apartment offers space for storing ski/snowboarding equipment in the closed entrance terrace as well as on the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and a stove for cooking breakfast or a light dinner, spices and olive oil, a coffee maker and a toaster. Additional to the two full bedsheet sets there are face and body towels offered for each guest, soap and shower gel. The temperature of the apartment can be chosen by guests using the thermostat that controls the heating, located in the living room.
***In case you used the kitchen for cooking, please wash all the utensils used before checking-out.
***Please pay attention with your bags, in order not to leave scratches on the walls or on the floor.
***The check-in time may be made flexible upon request, depending on the availability of the apartment. Otherwise, the standard check-in (16:00) hour will apply. The latest checkout hour is 11.00.
***Please treat our home with love and respect. We love to share it with the world, but ask that you keep in mind that we've thoughtfully renovated and furnished the home, and everything inside and outside has meaning to us. If something happens, please let us know ASAP.
***A rather strange request, is to kindly ask you to leave your shoes in the entryway after you enter in the villa. It's for your comfort in the first place - as I am sure you wouldn't want either to carry dust and bacteria from the streets in the space you sleep, eat or relax - and in the second place, for my comfort after you leave and we need to clean the house to welcome the next guests.
***The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain on the premises. Any damage or stain (make up, wine, blood, etc) to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged.
***Protecting the furniture: Please place coasters under bottles and glasses; Please clean up any spills immediately and do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing.
***The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)
***Smoking: Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy in the house. Please note that Smoking inside the house will be charged with a 100 EUR fine!
***Entertaining: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain them. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends.
***Some of our more senior neighbors enjoy their peace and quiet - so please be sure to respect the area and limit noise. After 10 PM, please limit music or other sounds to a reasonable level indoors only.
***To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights when it's not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
***We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement.

Please note it is strictly forbidden to use the house in commercial purposes, like photo shootings, filming, using it as an office for interviewing people, or for gatherings, workshops, meet-ups and so on. Please note this is a private property and any special activity like this must be confirmed with the owner first. The violation of this rule will result in a 500 Euro fine.
***Please consider that if you are having a longer stay, a cleaning is necessary once every 10 days, payable extra at the standard value. We want to make sure you are having a nice (and clean) experience on one side, and to make sure our house is properly taken care of on the other side. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
