Let's not forget about the Summer months now! This place is perfect for enjoying fascinating hikes, taking in those sun rays by the outdoor pool, and mountain biking!
Our condo is designed with your comfort in mind. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a modern design. The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering with friends and family after a day on the slopes or after a day of hiking. Sink into the comfortable seating options and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace during those winter months or the cooling air of the A/C in the summer.
Bedroom:
The condo features one bedroom, that is thoughtfully furnished to provide a peaceful retreat. The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed as well as a bunk bed that has a twin over a full, which is perfect for accommodating children or grown children (aka grown adults because we all have that inner kid)! With a pull-out sofa in the living room, our condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.
Kitchen:
Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the cooking utensils you need to whip up that mouth watering taste bud shattering meal. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes or indulging in a cozy dinner, you'll find everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires.
Bathrooms:
The unit includes a well-appointed bathroom, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. After a day in the snow, unwind with a hot shower or a relaxing soak in the tub.
Balcony:
Step outside onto the private balcony and take in the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Sip on a hot cup of coffee as you watch skiers glide down the slopes or simply enjoy the crisp mountain air. Not a coffee drinker? No problem how about some delicious hot cocoa?!
Fireplace:
The fireplace located in the unit is for you to use but please use caution. There is firewood located outside the unit under a little building. This is free to use.
Ski Locker:
Your ski locker is located located outside the unit and marked with 135B. Please put all your skis, snowboards, and other equipment into this locker. Do not bring any of this into the unit itself.
Ski-In and Ski-Out Access:
The highlight of our condo is its unbeatable location. Walk a few short minutes to the slope access point, strap on your skis or snowboard for all my urchins out there! (Johnny Tsunami reference, if you have not seen this movie, watch it!) and hit the slopes with ease. At the end of the day, ski directly back to the access point for a hassle-free return. Resort
Amenities:
Guests have access to certain shared amenities, including a communal hot tub to soothe tired muscles, a fitness center to stay active, and the indoor and outdoor pool. Please follow the rules set by the resort. You will not be able to use the shuttles or any service that the resort offers.

In addition to the fantastic skiing opportunities, our condo is conveniently located near North Shore Winery, Moguls Grille & Taproom, shops, and other attractions. Explore the local scene or take a short drive to discover hiking trails, scenic vistas, and other outdoor activities.

Guests will have access to the full condo during their stay. There is a closet by the front door we keep locked for cleaning supplies but other than that the condo is yours!

The other item we are required to have in order to be in compliance with our homeowners association up on the mountain is a short term rental agreement signed by guests and the property management company (me). This will be sent through DocuSign for electronic signature.

The WiFi is spotty up on the mountain. The streaming services seem to work quite well but scrolling on the phone is a little bit more challenging. Data works perfectly fine. Get out and enjoy nature! You can binge Netflix anytime :)
