The BEST location for large groups! THE HOT TUB IS BACK! This luxury 7 bedroom, ski-in ski-out slopeside chalet is one of a kind at Mount Washington and will make the perfect setting, winter or summer, for you next family reunion, corporate function, wedding or school trip with its 4000 square feet of living space. The Mount Washington Guesthouse is highly sought-after being on Foster's Place and the only stand-alone chalet offering so many beds. You can also fit a bus in the driveway! The chalet has a very large living area and 7 bedrooms that accommodate 6 queen beds and 16 bunks which sleep a comfortable 28 people as a maximum (children included in the count). It is also a popular choice to sleep 12-14 for those looking for private rooms. There are 4 full bathrooms. The property's excellent location allows you to drive to the chalet - park your car and walk straight in (street level entry - no steps to contend with) then ski-out to the Hawk Six Pack Lift just 100 meters away. Ski right back for lunch or at the end of yet another fantastic days skiing!! Because of its open plan, the kitchen/dining/lounge area is fantastic for large groups. The fully equipped kitchen is set up so that you can easily prepare meals for your entire group, the dining area has seating for 20 people at 3 tables. There are huge windows lining the living area with views over the ski slopes and Strathcona Provincial Park. There is a magnificent deck off of the main living area all set up for outdoor après-ski and alfresco dining with a 10 foot table and BBQ. We have a large secure heated ski/boot room which is ideal for all your ski/hiking/biking gear. The lay-out of the chalet easily allows 2 rental options. Smaller groups, up to 18 people can rent 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms are locked and not used by anyone). This 5-bedroom option becomes available following best efforts to rent the entire chalet. This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy. There are no refunds given for this property. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. Upon booking through CanadaStays, our reservation system is automatically updated with the booking so feel confident that your dates are secured so that nobody else can book them. You will receive a confirmation email from the Cona Vacation Getways (CVG) reservation system once someone has reviewed the incoming reservation. The confirmation email will include our complete terms and conditions, though a short synopsis follows here. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICE ON OUR CONFIRMATION WILL NOT MATCH THE PRICE ON YOUR CanadaStays CONFIRMATION because it reflects only the monies we receive from CanadaStays (not including their fees). Please don't let this confuse you. RENTAL CONTRACT and DAMAGE DEPOSIT: In addition to the confirmation email, you will receive a rental contract via SignNow to complete the reservation process. It requires your signature to accept the Terms and Conditions of the rental as outlined in your confirmation email as well as a Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement. A fully refundable damage deposit is required and billed by CVG the week prior to your stay. It ranges in price from $750-$1500 depending on the size of the property you have rented and whether or not it includes an extra amount for a pet (only allowed in some properties). This is invoiced via PayPal. AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary renter must be 30 years old to book and be staying at the property for the duration of the booking. DAMAGES/CLEANING/EXCESSIVE NOISE: Full cleaning services mandatory - guests may not opt to self-clean. Refundable damage deposits are collected to cover costs associated with, but not limited to, damages, excessive cleaning or noise complaints. A charge of $200 may be deducted from your Security Deposit if guests are asked to limit noise before 7am or after 11pm. ALL our units are NON-SMOKING. Any sign or smell of smoking in the unit or on balconies or entryways will result in immediate forfeiture of the entire Security Deposit. AMENITIES: While we do our best to ensure all amenities advertised for the rental unit, (such as but not limited to WiFi, satellite/cable, hot tubs and saunas) are in working order during your stay, the rental fee you have paid is not associated with any guarantees for these amenities. PROPERTIES FOR SALE: If the unit you have chosen to book is for sale, it will be clearly delineated in your rental agreement. CVG is not responsible for any terms of sale out of our control. Full refunds issued if new owners will not be honouring your booking but we will do our best to assist you in finding an alternative accommodation. OTHER NOTES: Weddings groups welcome. For insurance and safety reasons, there must not be more than 28 people in the building at any given time. Please note that the refund/cancellation policies available with CanadaStays are either too loose or too rigid for large properties that usually book 4 months or more in advance because it is very difficult to re-rent with only 60 days left before the stay. While we would like to be able to offer refunds if cancellations are made 120 days out or more, there is no such cancellation policy option with CanadaStays.
