Positive: In a good location right off the highway, but set far enough back that there was no road noise.
Negative: No staff member on site. My daughter rented the room next to us and when we arrived at check in (4 pm) the room was not cleaned. We had an event to go to and when we returned at 930 pm the room was still not cleaned. Linens stripped from the beds and in the floor, trash in a pile and a broom in the corner. We tried calling Vacasa but only could talk to a call center and the best they could do was say they were leaving a message for someone locally to see if the problem could be fixed. By 11 pm no one had called back. The same thing happened to other guests that night. My daughter had to find other accommodations late on a Saturday night. Very poor customer service.
