Positive: Jesela was very accommodating and did all she could. The property makes you pay for a room with a microwave. The first room we were in had roaches and she moved me up to the 3rd floor once I explained the situation. She was very helpful the entire stay. There was no room service at all they don’t clean the rooms daily
Negative: I didn’t like the price of the rooms for the low budget experience we had but over all it was ok
Summary: Had it not been for Jesela it would’ve been terrible.
