Summary: It was in a cute quiet neighborhood, super easy stay. The washer & dryer worked well. The only thing was the beds, it says it has 2 twins, a queen, and a futon but it actually has a full, a king, and a futon. It worked out fine for us but was a surprise to the kids that now had to share a bed
