On the first level, an open living/dining/kitchen area provides plenty of space to spread out. Gleaming hardwood and hand-hewn hardwood details give the house a warmth of character that only comes from careful construction. Speaking of warmth, the fireplace offers a cozy gathering place on cooler evenings, but you'll spend more time in the beachfront lounge or lazing the day away on the screened porch where a swinging daybed beckons for afternoon naps. An office space down the hall with internet access and a computer offers the workaholic (or work avoider!) a comfy niche to get a few things done while on your retreat. Located off the living area is a convenient half bath and the laundry area. The first level also hosts a spacious master suite with private access directly to the screen porch. An expansive bathroom features an oversized jetted tub, where you can soak and see the waves roll in. Take the spiral staircase or the elevator to the second level to a loft-style living space overlooking the bottom level. There is a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests, as well as two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with two twin bunk beds and two full baths. A covered deck is located just off the queen bedroom overlooking the beach. The top level has a king suite with an additional twin and trundle, and a full private bath that also boasts a private covered deck to take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful beach. Stroll out the back door on the main level to separate deck areas, each offering a different view. Prepare your day's catch at the fish cleaning table, cook outside in the open air, and dine al-fresco at the picnic tables on the lower deck.
