Morning Calm is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home on the Carrabelle River. This home comes with a Dock, perfect for your boat or just fishing on the River, please note boat lift is not available for guest use. Just a 10 minute boat ride to the Gulf. Carrabelle is known for it's fishing, weather it be fresh or salt water. Just minutes from Carrabelle Beach and local grocery stores and only 20 Minutes to St. George Island and beautiful Apalachicola. Nice big lot with plenty of parking. This home is well appointed with all you need for a great vacation. King Bed in Master, one twin bed in second bedroom, and a queen bed in third bedroom with Jack and Jill Bath. PLEASE ASK ABOUT OUR CANCELATION POLICY *While this home is pet friendly there is a 2 limit max on pets. Pet fee is non-refundable and is $100 per pet* For the golfer, St. James Bay Golf Resort in Carrabelle is open 7 days a week. Apalachicola offers fine dinning and shopping. Carrabelle, the boating & fishing capital of the Forgotten Coast also offers hunting and fresh water fishing at its finest.
