Located in desirable Morgantown, Doc's Folly is conveniently located between the beach and one of the two neighborhood pools. Positioned on a quiet cul de sac, the beach access is just a few houses away in one direction and the pool is a few houses away in the other. You'll get convenience without the worries of crowds and traffic! And 4 bedrooms and 3 baths mean plenty of space for all!

On the lower level, you'll find one bedroom with a queen bed and a full hall bath. Head upstairs and you'll find 3 additional bedrooms.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location of house. Wish it had more view of gulf but could hear it nicely. Wonderful proximity to beach and both pools. Love the living room and furniture was so comfortable in the loving space. Kitchen small but had all we needed. 1 upper level bedroom had a horrible bed that folded you into a taco for 2 adults. But we managed. Overall great eclxperience and will plan a return next year. Hope the bed situation improves in upper bedroom.
