Moore Vacations - Located in the exclusive gated community of Old Florida Beach, Moore Vacations has been completely renovated, has a thoughtful floor plan and offers bright, cheery, and coastal décor throughout. This family friendly 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home sleeps 12 guests, has a private pool, and is just 150 yards to the beach access. The Kitchen features new appliances and is fully stocked for the chef of the group. A large living room offers a great gathering space for the whole group to unwind and spend time with one another. Open the French doors and feel the ocean breeze drift in. There is a laundry room and powder bathroom on the first floor for added convenience. Each bedroom features a TV and their own private bathroom. After a sun soaked day on the beach come enjoy your private pool and watch the sun set over the gulf from your balcony. Moore Vacations has everything you need to make a memorable beach vacation and you’ll be bound to return year after year! FIRST FLOOR: - Fully stocked Kitchen - Comfortable living room, TV - Dining table for 8-9 - Breakfast bar seating for 4 - Laundry room - Powder bathroom - King bedroom, TV, private bathroom - Private pool and gas grill SECOND FLOOR: - King Master Suite, TV, sofa sleeper, balcony access, gulf views, private bathroom - Bunk room with Double/Twin Bunk + Twin Bunk, TV, private bathroom THIRD FLOOR: - King bedroom, TV, balcony access, gulf views, private bathroom *add $35.00 per day to heat the pool (available October - April if needed) *Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the fall and holiday weeks. *Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply.
