You will be transported by private boat to our marina just minutes from the EIS airport. During your stay, your choice of powerboat will be readily available at your private slip to provide transportation as you explore more of the beautiful British Virgin Islands. On island transportation to the villa is a golf cart that can also be used to explore the island or get to one of three private community swimming beaches and marina.
An easy to drive 15' Caribe DL is included in our basic rate, and larger boats are available for an additional fee to qualified boaters. Mood Indigo is also suitable for those with little or no boating experience - or the ultimate Honeymoon destination - as we can arrange transportation to and from Camanoe, and your choice of destinations on private captained day trips aboard our 28' Contender during your stay. The recently remodeled villa features a huge modern kitchen featuring everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals or to entertain. Granite counters, Viking gas range and appliances, and custom cabinetry give the kitchen a rare elegant look not often found in the BVI. The folding glass door system in the living area allows for complete open air enjoyment on both the sea side and garden side of the residence, opening an expansive 18' wide on each side. With the villa's ideal location on the water continuous breezes keep the house comfortable throughout the day, but the villa is fully air conditioned for those rare days when the sea breezes calm. The seaside porch off of the living room is the perfect place to enjoy the magnificent sunrises, moonlit seas or watch the yachts as they waltz across the water. The master suite located in the main house offers your choice of open air sleeping with the sound of the surf on the beach below, or a wonderful separation from open air Caribbean living with its own air conditioning system. While taking advantage of the fabulous views, you can enjoy the comforts of a honeymoon worthy atmosphere in this amazing suite. The huge walk in shower, double vanity and king size bed facing the sea are sure to make you feel like you have found paradise.
The second bedroom in the main house is also air conditioned and offers guests and families extreme privacy. The outdoor shower has a beautiful view of the sea for open air bathing while maintaining the privacy you desire. The bedroom has two twin beds and a large antique wardrobe. An added bonus is the king size hammock overlooking the sea right outside this bedroom's French doors.
Up from the kitchen entrance to the main house is a covered dining pavilion that can be used for entertaining while taking advantage of the spectacular views of the water and islands. Complete with a gas barbecue pit, tables, chairs, and chaise lounges, you may find that this shady and breezy patio is where you want to spend a significant amount of time.
Further up the natural stone sidewalk is the Guest house. This self contained original structure is where you and your guests can experience true West Indies living. When you prefer not to use the air conditioner, large open shutters will allow the sea breeze and ocean sounds to comfort you as you sleep in the full size bed that faces the water. The private full bath offers a full range of amenities.*
Just down a short path from the main house, you will discover the beautiful boulder and coral shore of the property which has so much to offer. You can sit on a rock and let the water foam around you in our private version of the JVD bubbling pools, snorkel off just a few yards where the large fish and rays come up from the deep, or lounge in a chair under the sea grapes and palm trees with a good book. All of this with no worry of being interrupted, as you enjoy your private beach in paradise.
Outdoor amenities include golf cart, private boat transportation, floats, hammocks, and much more. The house is equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, including a full size washer/dryer, water conditioner, ice makers, full complement of kitchen utensils, streaming TV, and wifi to name a few.
