Queen beds in the bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room can host additional 2 persons. Fully furnished, windows a/c and heating, washer and dryer. Rental is furnished with all utilities paid, Dish TV, wireless high speed internet, electric, gas and water. In addition to being furnished, it also has all housewares, i.e., linens, cookware, dishes, etc. Just bring your toothbrush. Maid service is available for long periods at an additional cost. Animals on a case by case basis.
