Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was very convenient, walking distance to a lot of places ie Seminyak Village, Potato Head Beach Club. There are also a lot of cafes snd restaurants nearby. The hotel staffs are very attentive and pretty much remember guests by their name. The hotel has a good wellness spa which is very affordable. Overall the service is 1000/100. Really superb service!

Negative: When I first arrived and check in at my room which was past midnight, the bathroom had a very bad drainage smell. This should be rectified as it was uncomfortable going to bed with that smell lingering.

Summary: Had a great experience at Montigo, really appreciate how the staffs left chocolates and a cake for me for my birthday. D
