The kitchen of the villa Algarve is very well equipped, so if you like cooking during your holiday in the Algarve, this is not a problem. Bedrooms Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, Ideal for a family with children. The master bedroom has entrance to the garden. Ground level is the 3rd bedroom en-suite. All beds are single beds. Annex About 20 meters of the main house is an annex with kitchenette, dining and lounge area. The lounge sofa can be made up as bed, if a family would prefer to sleep together. Upstairs is a bathroom and twin bedroom. Children Children are very welcome at this property, therefor the owners supply: 1x travel cot 1x high chair 1x Baby bath 1x Baby phone Anti slip bath tub mat baby towels 1x guard rail for beds (that young children don’t fall out of beds) quilt cover and pillow cases with children friendly designs Night lights play mat toys Outside this property, has a private pool and garden. All very well maintained. The garden of the modern villa is fenced and private. Plus the terrace between pool and house has a gate. A nice wooden deck with ample of sun lounges and a BBQ area. Near the main house is a covered area with dining table and chairs. From the terrace you have this magnificent, lush view towards the coast. Can you imagine having your dinner or drink while watching the sunset from your private terrace?! Surroundings The modern villa Algarve, is located in a traditional little, quiet village called Monte Boi. Close to market town Messines which is a few minutes’ drive a way. Messines you can find all amenities you need. Historic, fairy tale town Silves is a little 15 minutes drive. Here you find plenty of terraces, bars and restaurants, some have live music. Beaches Algarve Your holiday in the Algarve is not complete without visiting the beaches in the Algarve. Although this property is located inland, the villa Algarve is not far from the renowned beaches Algarve, and popular places like Albufeira and Carvoeiro. A nice wide stretched sandy beach is Armacao de Pera, only 20 minutes drive a way. Activities Algarve Although this property is a very nice modern villa in the Algarve, you might want to undertake some other activities than lounging around your private pool and enjoying the lush view. Very popular is the Zoo Marine, near Albufeira, and there area few waterslide parks, all about 20/25 minutes drive away from this property. Other watersports, like sailing, surfing etc are easy to arrange at the coastal places like Albufeira and Carvoeiro and Portimao. Dolphin trips you can do from Portimao, Ferragudo and Lagos. Trips to the caves, the most popular one is at Benagil. Playing golf in the Algarve is not a problem at all, about 40 renowned golf course spread over the Algarve. Possible to walk into Messines town in approx 20 mins but the hill is steep and some parts have no streetlights so would not recommend for elderly/infants Outdoor areas: Good Excellent outdoor terrace it is the real selling point of the house. Beautiful views. Lovely fruit trees. Pool looked nice but too cold to use in winter. Kitchen: Good Modern and very well equipped Bedrooms: Fair Master bedroom lovely, other 2 bedrooms in the main house have very small windows but not a problem as most of the time there was only two of us.
