Summary: This house was perfect for our group, spacious rooms, big comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for all guests to shower, close to town while still in the country. The little fresh vegetable and egg market within walking distance was a huge plus and we enjoyed watching the deer in the huge yard. There were a few issues that keep me from giving it 5 stars across the board. 1. No key at check-in, it was missing and property manager had to come change the lock the next morning, bent and broken blinds, wet sheets still in dryer and no AC. The house did cool down but not until after midnight. This made it very hard to get to sleep. There are ceiling fans, but if the owners are unwilling to install AC they really need to provide some box fans to help move the air around. The property managers were very kind when we called about the key issue. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back through Hamilton.
