Mont-Aki is a 275m mountain which is located directly on Lake Bromont. The forest where the Loft is located is a virgin forest, which is very rare in Quebec. Trees over 100 years old surround you, mainly maples, oaks and beeches.
The area where the Loft is located is 1 million square feet, which provides unparalleled tranquility and privacy! Being positioned at the start of a steep slope, the view of the lake and surrounding mountains is simply breathtaking, summer and winter, sunrise/sunset.
The Loft is new and was built to the highest industry standards. The heating is 100% heated floor, which provides unparalleled comfort. It is equipped with air conditioning that covers the entire Loft.
2 spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom with a modern shower and a gigantic living room, all to give you 1000 square feet of living space. Outside you have a parking space that can easily accommodate 2 vehicles, a corner for an outdoor fire as well as the spa below on the slope which offers both privacy and breathtaking forest scenery.
More than 40 species of trees are found in the forest around the Loft. We are also pampered in terms of wildlife, with chipmunks, black, red and gray squirrels, deer, raccoons, foxes and vultures, etc.
