Mondello Beach Apartment is a fantastic location in the splendid setting of Mondello. The Villa's strong point is that it is only 90 meters from the beach. The apartment is inside a 1900s Art Nouveau Villa and has a private entrance with parking spaces. Inside the villa there are other apartments that have different entrances than the Mondello Beach Apartment.
The house has a large garden where you can eat on a table under a gazebo. Guests can also use another large wrought-iron table under an olive tree. There is a barbeque available and sunbathing on the deckchairs. The house inside is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom). In the living room we find a table for 6 people 2 sofas (one of which converts into a bed) and TV. Small storage cupboard.

Summary: Best thing about this place is location! Proximity to the beach, great snorkeling in the cliffs just south of the beach, bus stop (20 min to Pamermo) just outside the house, and great, yet affordable restaurant, in front of the house. Fausto was helpful and responded quickly. Apartment corresponds with the pictures, somewhat dark and half-basement, but fully equipped kitchen and with everything you need. Sofa bed was good, so we used that instead of the hard mattresses in master bedroom (which, however, seems to be Sicilian standard).
