The caringly reconstructed Istrian stone house is located in the small village of Smoljanci, approximately 23 kilometers away from the well-known town of Rovinj, which is situated on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. With its setting in a peaceful rural area, this place offers ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation in a private atmosphere. The property features a well-kept garden including a private swimming pool (7.5 x 3.5 m) framed by a sun terrace with loungers. Furthermore, there is a covered al fresco dining area with barbecue facilities and lovely views of the pool and the fully fenced yard. Heading inside, you will find all amenities needed for a pleasant stay and lovingly decorated interiors emitting a cozy home-from-home atmosphere. While Rovinj offers a wide range of amenities for tourists, and family-friendly beaches as well as various kinds of water sports and activities, Smoljanci is a quiet and peaceful place, just perfect to enjoy privacy and tranquility after a stroll through the bustling historic town with its narrow, cobbled streets lined with cozy bars and cafés. The owner family operates two excursion boats departing from Pula to the amazing Brijuni Archipelago. Please do not hesitate to ask them if you are interested to make an excursion by boat.
