DESCRIPTION: Delightful two bedroom apartment set in Molino Blanco, a mature development with communal gardens pool and tennis courts. Molino Blanco is situated just to the north of Torrevieja. It's located 35 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 35 minutes drive from Murcia airport. The apartment is positioned on the second floor. There are two bedrooms (double and twin), lounge with separate fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower. The best room in the apartment is the cozy arched covered terrace or Naya (as they are called in Spain), which comes from the lounge and has superb views over the large swimming pool and is shared from the direct sun. Perfect place to relax. A car is not necessary - here as everything (shops supermarket cheap restaurants / expensive restaurants, bars are within walking distance plus there is a regular (every 15 mins) bus service going straight into Torrevieja center (journey time 10 mins). The bus stop is less than 2 min walk away. Other attractions on your doorstep are "The Molino park" and the wonderful new 3km La Mata beach promenade overlooking park area. The apartment keeps fairly cool in the summer but there are ceiling fans installed in each bedroom plus lounge area. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach and close to shops, bars and restaurants.
