Positive: One of the cheapest non-hostel options on the island. Clean room and comfy bad. Host responses quickly and is willing to help. She let me leave my bag before check-in. Relatively close to the bus stop. Relatively good bus schedule to Pinta Delgada.
Negative: 5:00 pm check-in, which means 6h difference between check-out and check-in. No signs on the door, no photo of the entrance on booking.com - it took me a while to realize the address was in fact correct. Zero toiletries. Not even the cheapest hotel soap or shampoo. Breakfast is not served on time. On several ocasions I had to skip breakfast because it wasn't served on time. The day before checkout the host kept asking me when I was going to check out and if I'd like breakfast only for person who served it to come almost 0.5h late.
