Positive: The house was clean and had a good layout for space. Much bigger than you expect it to be from the outside. Great location not too far from the I-10 for easy travel.
Negative: Unfortunately, the house was very poorly stocked. There was barely enough coffee cups and dinner plates. The coffee pot itself was super old and malfunctioned on us- making a huge mess. I choose houses instead of hotels because I like to cook instead of eat out every night, and I was just a bit disappointed with what was available to us. The water filter on the fridge for drinking needed to be replaced, and the ice cubes smelled dirty and were not usable. There were supplies in the showers, but they were basically crappy dollar store shampoos. I certainly don't expect a $30 bottle of shampoo, but I didn't even want to use the products that were available because they smelled like cheap chemicals. Additionally, the hosts did not provide me with check in information before our arrival, so I had to call in when we got there to get the door code.
