Come enjoy our five-bedroom lake house. King bed and futon featuring an outdoor balcony overlooking the lake. Three additional bedrooms have queens, and the last room has two twin beds. Full bath on each floor! Conveniently do your laundry in the upstairs laundry room. Large open concept downstairs brings guests in the kitchen, living room and dining area together on the main floor. Great views of the mountains and expansive yard for games, picnics and gathering. The porch and extra-large table make a great place for playing games in the evening and enjoying fresh lake air. The porch table seats 10! We have a dock to park your boat and a sandy beach and shallow swimming, great for small children. Short walking distance to snack shop and ice cream stand. There is also a convenience store within walking distance, and we are also very close to Kampersville which is an RV park with lots of entertainment! Bring your bikes for a ride or rent a paddle boat from nearby rental. Nearby hike to Silver Lake. We are a 7minute drive to the college town Middlebury. In Middlebury you will find a variety of restaurants, art galleries, waterfalls, boutique shopping, local breweries, whisky distillery, and vineyard. You can also spend the day golfing. South of Lake Dunmore is the quaint little town of Brandon. Can we suggest a delicious croissant at Cafe Provence or dinner at The River? Foleys has incredible beer and food offerings. Brandon is also famous for their art gallery and tiny shops. Do you want terrific pizza? Check out Brandon House of Pizza, Ramuntos in Middlebury or Green Peppers. For the thrill seekers in the bunch, you can sky dive in Addison County or hit up the slopes in the winter like Pico, Killington, Middlebury Snow Bowl (soon tonhave night skiing), or Sugarbush.
