Located next to beautiful hiking trails and just a few blocks from Downtown Palm Springs, offering fine dining, shopping, art and culture this home will not disappoint.
Spacious rooms are outfitted with sophisticated, upscale yet comfortable design. It is perfect for your group to come together and enjoy time with each other, and a place to unwind. Guests can take advantage of the desert’s iconic weather out on the beautifully manicured and extensive patio. This is the perfect home for you to come to for a month or two and host your family and friends.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space provides the ultimate in resort-style amenities within a private estate setting. Surrounded by stellar views of the San Jacinto mountains, this property is anchored by a rectangular pool with integrated spa and tanning shelf. The oversized pool provides a spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine on the six chaise chairs and two Frontgate pool floats. The outdoor area also features alfresco dining for 8, large sectional lounge seating, natural gas BBQ, fire pit and free-standing umbrellas. While there is always plenty of sunshine, there is ample shade for you to enjoy!
INDOOR SPACES
Come inside and the amenities continue to impress… The main living space has an open concept with large floor to ceiling glass doors that disappear into the main structure creating a gorgeous indoor/outdoor area with fresh air and mountain views. An oversized sectional is the perfect place to relax and stream a movie or favorite series on the 85 Inch Samsung Frame 4K Art TV. The thoughtfully equipped Chef’s Kitchen offers a gas cooktop, double ovens, large refrigerator, All Clad pans and almost any small appliance you will need to execute a gourmet meal. The custom island provides seating for indoor dining, as well as space for casual gatherings during meal preparation.
The Four bedrooms accommodate up to 8 guests, all are ensuite and all feature luxury pillowtop mattresses, European bedding, and Smart TVs.
There is also a lovely, light-filled office which has a queen-sized sofa bed.
There is space available for up to 4 cars total between the driveway and garage. Street parking and oversized vehicles are not permitted.
UTILITIES
Utilities of gas and electric are the responsibility of the guest. They are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 per month will be held on guests’ credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide the utility bills to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. Pool heat is controlled remotely by the guest enabling more flexibility and savings.

Summary: If you’re heading to Palm Springs this is the place to be! A gorgeous home with top of the line super comfortable furnishings. Beds are extra comfortable. Spaces to be all together or retreat to private and separate en-suite bedrooms. We went with our young adult children. The hiking and dining are right out the door- no car needed! Spectacular pool and outdoor living with the most beautiful backdrop of the mountains. The house manager made it all easy as can be. Super welcoming and available for anything and everything. We will absolutely be back!
