The beautifully decorated Villa Quadra in its 200 m2 can accommodate 10 people in 5 modernly designed bedrooms including 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor of the villa you can find one bedroom and bathroom. Exclusively arranged kitchen and dining area is the perfect place for a family lunch, while in the beautiful lounge area you can relax from the summer heat in a fully air-conditioned setting. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor, a storage room, a laundry room and a steps leading to the upper floor. On the upper floor you can find 3 beautiful bedrooms each with a separate bathroom and one children room with bunk beds.
In the courtyard of the villa there is a beautiful swimming pool of 54m2 surrounded by 10 sun loungers. In the yard there is also an outdoor grill and the yard is fully fenced, providing the guests privacy. From the entertainment facilities available for our guests there is a children's playground, smart TV, football equipment (small goal) and sunbathing area.
