Summary: Great stay. Great reconstruction of the home. Its bright and warm. Its just the location is literally in the hood, which is not that bad of a situation if you install a combo lock for the gate. It just allows for that extra layer of security for the tenants. Other than that there was just like some broken outlet face plates or some that just didn't work. Which again is fine I just wanted to communicate immediately that this was not us. The last thing is the floor boards just outside the primary rooms bathroom. They are starting to buckle due to the water spillage from the shower. It may need to be addressed if you want to make sure no mildew or mold starts to accumulate. Once again I really like the place but for that price range you have to make sure certain things are buttoned up.
