In the quiet area of "La Marina Urbanisacion" about 1.5 km you will find pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, doctors and a police station, this villa completely new, all comfort, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms bathroom, kitchen, beautiful pool, solarium, beautiful exposure, close to the beach and Alicante is less than 20 minutes. Excellent climate all year round. Accessible to the PMR. Elche and Torrevieja nearby.
Various golf courses are easily accessible within a radius of 15 to 30 km.
As the area is developing, some construction noises may temporarily be heard.
Pets are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is 6 people. The house is a non-smoking house.
A final cleaning fee of 80, - € is mandatory.

Summary: We have just returned from 10 amazing days in this villa. We were met after a delayed flight by Josie & her sister who showed us everything we needed to know & were on the end of the phone during our stay if we needed anything more. The villa has been finished to a high standard & is ultra modern. The 3 double bedrooms all have plenty of wardrobe space bed 1 with an en suite & beds 2 & 3 sharing an Jack & Jill en-suite with a further cloakroom too. The kitchen is bright & airy with Bosch appliances including a dishwasher. As a party of 6 including three 19 year olds & a 17 year old we spent most of our time round the pool which was a lovely private outside space. There was also a table tennis table which was enjoyed by all & on the roof terrace additional table & chairs & a Webber gas BBQ which we made the most of on several evenings. It is a shame the bedrooms are all doubles - we took additional airbeds to accommodate our party but I think the villa would work better with a double & two twin rooms. The quilts are also very heavy for the Spanish summer heat but the villas air conditioning was very effective. There are a few bars & restaurants within a 15 minute walk however, we didn't really enjoy them & on the evenings we ate out drove to nearby Guardamar or Benejofar which both have some very good restaurants. Overall we have really enjoyed our stay & will certainly look into booking again for next year
