Recessed lights on dimmer switches throughout and ambient color changing lights in kitchen ceiling pocket and at wet and dry bars. The furniture included are two leather couches, coffee table, dining room table with 6 chairs and 6 bar stools. First floor powder room. Second floor features full bath and stackable washer and dryer and a large dresser at the landing. The first bedroom features a walk-in closet and a modern armoire. The second bedroom on this floor one of two main suites with a pass-through closet/dressing area complete with vanity, bed, queen sized sleep number bed, dresser and a night stand with lamp. This bedroom features a beautiful skylight.The ensuite bath features a large vanity and electronic mirror with dimmable lights and a shower with sliding glass doors and two niches for toiletries. The 3rd floor features the second main suite with a closet, king sized bed, a dresser, two nightstands with lamps. The bed has 4 built in drawers for additional storage. The shower is open to the room and has different shower jets, a hand held option and built in rain shower head with color changing lights.
