Absolutely NO parties or event are allowed at our home. There is a $1,000 fee for not abiding by this rule and if a listing get shut down or a neighbor complains you will be liable for it as well.

Absolutely NO glitter allowed, glitter is very difficult to get rid of & can stay for years. $250 Additional cleaning fee will be charged
