Freshly presented, on the ground floor you'll find the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher, and adjoining the kitchen is also a European-style laundry with washing machine.
Sliding doors open out to the fully fenced backyard, which also leads out to the carport (space for 1 car).
There is also a powder room downstairs as well as A/C.
On the upstairs level is the Master bedroom with Queen bed, second bedroom with Double bed and desk, and the main bathroom with shower. The Master bedroom has A/C for comfort, and both bedrooms have roller blinds and spacious wardrobes.

Some of the highlights of Canberra's tourist activities are also just down the road - Gold Creek is a 5 minute drive away where you'll find the Dinosaur Museum, Cockington Green Gardens, Canberra Reptile Zoo and the Walk-in Aviary.
If you're looking to head towards the city, Crace is just off the Barton Highway that takes you in that direction, and to drive is approximately 15 mins.

- there are stairs to the upstairs level where both of the bedrooms and shower are.
- there is free street parking, but it is restricted to 2hrs through the day. In the evening, it is unlimited, but does get popular from after 5pm. Please make use of the carport for your convenience.
