Summary: Allan's condo is exactly as described. Clean, spacious, has every amenity you can think of and the building staff were so friendly. It was amazing to sit on the patio and watch the sunrise and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning for 3 weeks. I could chose the rooftop pool for the day or use the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler provided for a lovely day on the beach which is less than a block away. It was very helpful to have Allan inquire and arrange for a cleaner to come in after being there for a week. The condo is well located in an area full of great restaurants and shops. Everything to me seemed walkable. Several times we used the rooftop BBQ to make dinner and enjoy our supper listening to the sounds of Bucerias. I would highly recommend staying at Casa Mina.
