The studio room features two queen beds and one bathroom, as well as a newly renovated kitchenette with granite counter tops, a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a dining area for two. The room also features a 27” TV. Located just steps away from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, Turtle Cay is the perfect vacation retreat.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
~Check In/Out Time~
• Check-in: 4:00pm
• Check-out: 10:00am
• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
~What you need to know before your arrival~
• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and you must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort
• A nightly rate of $15 plus tax will be due at check in. This fee includes Guest internet access; Self-Parking 1 car; Select Daily Activities; Steam room and Sauna; Sports Equipment (Tennis and shuffleboard).
• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.
• A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.
• We do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we are not always able to do so. Please contact us before your arrival.

• Responsibility for Charges and Damages: You are liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. You agree that guests in our room are authorized by you to charge to the room from anywhere in the resort or at any property, unless you advise the Front Desk otherwise.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals. Certified Emotional Support and Therapy animals are not permitted.
• Smoking Policy: Turtle Cay Resort is a smoke free facility. If smoking occurs in the unit during your stay, a USD 500 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and safety measures. We clean our properties thoroughly with disinfectant while also practicing low-contact protocols.
**ADVISEMENT**
Beginning May 8, 2023, we anticipate the guest room balconies to undergo renovation. As a result, these balconies will be inaccessible to Guests. During the project, Turtle Cay Resort’s other on-site amenities will remain available, including those located at Beach Quarters Resort. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
