This guest suite is a totally private, bottom unit of the property with a separate entrance that our Airbnb guests will enter via the separate entrance located on the back patio below the deck. There is a top unit as well with one tenant that is totally locked off and separate from the Airbnb. Privacy and being respectful of our guests' space is a top priority for us as hosts. All amenities in the backyard space including the fire pit and hot tub are dedicated to our Airbnb guests. Family friendly with games and pack & play. Located less than 15 minutes to Denver and Golden. 30 minute drive to Boulder. 1 hour and 15 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. Minutes away from amazing hiking. Less than 1.2 miles from Olde Town Arvada which has lots of bars and restaurants and pedestrian only streets. Conveniently located close to everything Denver has to offer but aways from the hustle and bustle while being in your own oasis.

Parking available both in the driveway or car port area and street parking in front of the house is an option as well.
Extra sheet sets and towels will be provided for parties of more than 4 guests. Please use the towels provided on the cart in the kitchen for the hot tub as our bath towels which are provided in the bedrooms or bathroom may get chlorine stains from the hot tub. Thank you!
