Positive: The location was very good. The staff was responsive.
Negative: The unit had a sour, stale smell. There were not ample towels until I advised staff and a delivery was made. The soap that was supplied was not of a good quality and was scratchy. The lotion provided had a bad smell. The blinds were broken and would not close all the way or easily. The floor had several boards that were lifted and uneven and a bug was seen coming up through the floor. There was not sufficient coffee, creamer or sugar for 3 people for 3 days. The AC in the room with the king size bed does not cool well and the mattress cover makes the bed too warm.
