Positive: The place was clean and updated. Our bed was very comfy. There was nearby construction and earplugs were provided for sleeping, although we didn’t end up needing them. They left a bottle of wine for us which was so unexpected. We received several reminders about the expectations which was helpful and Katy was quick to respond when we had a question. I liked that the place was nearby to so many restaurants and shops.
Negative: The parking garage is two blocks away and that wasn’t apparent to us until we Googled the location. We’d just assumed it was next to the unit building. This was a bit annoying because we had to unload and then drop the car off. It would’ve been helpful if that was clearer in the email about parking. Please note if you want to recycle anything you have to take it to the outside dumpster. There’s nothing inside for recycling.
Summary: We had a wonderful time in TC and would recommend this place for its newness, cleanliness, and comfort.
