Positive: Comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms & a sleep out. Excellent kitchen facilities with sufficient cooking utensils, pots & pans to do all your own cooking. Internet services & building facilities were excellent. The Apt is next door to the SkyTrain station, handy to luggage storage facilities, cafes & restaurants. 800 m walk to the centre of town, easy walk to Gastown & around the corner from Science World & walking tracks around False Creek. Excellent location. Great facilities.
Negative: The property is located in an area impacted by the current homeless status in the city. We did however, have no problems in walking around prior to sunset. There is some road & rail noise - but this has a not uncommon in city properties (& inconvenience is far outweighed by access to the SkyTrain station).
Summary: Outstanding stay … well worthwhile considering this property for your stay in Vancouver.
