Enjoy your stay in this exceptionally maintained, modern, new and spacious 4 bedroom 3½ bath, townhouse! A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city and area. Located in the sought after community of Copperwood in west Lethbridge, you will be a short drive to dining, shopping, grocery, pharmacy, pubs & more. Inside you will find high speed Wifi, 3 Smart Tv’s, In-suite laundry, and lounge area downstairs. A perfect combination.
The Space:
The space is perfect for couples, families, business partners, and friends traveling together! The townhouse sits on a corner lot and comes with two free parking spots directly in front. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area has large windows for plenty of natural light, and a 55-inch Smart TV for evening relaxation with access to high speed internet throughout the property. Included on the second floor are three bedrooms and in-suite laundry as well as the large master bedroom with a queen size bed, private ensuite, walk-in closet and TV. The contemporary living area downstairs includes a 43-inch Smart TV, games, full bathroom, and the fourth bedroom with a queen size bed.
House Rules:
-Check out time is 11:00AM. If you have not arranged a late check out time with your host, and you check out late, an additional fee will be applied.
-No smoking or vaping allowed in the property. There is an additional $150 deep cleaning fee for any type of smoking inside.
-If smoking outside, please use the ash trays provided.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
-Please remove your footwear.
-No parties allowed.
-Any damage or missing items will incur an additional charge.
-No outside visitors or overnight guests that are not listed on your reservation without prior approval from your host.
--The kitchen is to be used for light cooking only, and the preparation/cooking of strong aromatic foods is not allowed and will incur an addition free of $100
-Please respect the privacy of your neighbors and no loud noises after 10:00pm.
-Any violations of these rules and you may be asked to leave.

Summary: Location was awesome close to recreational arenas on west end of Lethbridge. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Owner accommodating with changes to original booking. Truly fully equipped with all that you need other than food and your clothing. Would definitely stay again.
