The Space:
This modern and stylish home has everything you need for a memorable group trip! With four bedrooms, two living rooms, and a private backyard space, the home has ample room for a group of up to 15 to comfortably spread out. When you enter the home, you will find a set of staircases to your left that lead to the upstairs and basement level. Directly ahead of the door is the well-decorated main living space. The bright and open room has a great layout with the living room/kitchen/dining room in one open space, so you can stay connected to your group whether you are whipping up a delicious meal, doing a puzzle on the table, or enjoying a movie!
Step into the inviting living room and relax on the comfortable couch and two chairs, the couch is a pull-out bed perfect for larger groups needing extra sleeping space. The living room also features a mounted 65” TV, great for cozy movie nights. Behind the living room is the dining area, a light-filled space with a large wood dining table with four chairs and one large wood bench providing seating for eight. Have a larger group? No problem! The table includes two leaves that can be added, providing enough space for up to 15, so the entire group can enjoy a meal together. On the other side of the dining room is the kitchen, a pristine space featuring a stylish modern look with white and brown cabinets, white countertops and tiled backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Almost too pretty to cook in, the chef in your group is going to love preparing meals in this fully stocked kitchen, which features everything from a crockpot to a blender. A kitchen island provides additional counter space and extra seating with three bar stools.
From the kitchen/dining area, you can step out to the front patio, where you will find four Adirondack chairs situated around a fire table. Enjoy your cup of coffee outside while taking in the morning sun, or spend summer evenings around the fire table chatting about the day's adventures. The patio includes a BBQ just steps away from the kitchen, making it easy to take the meal prep outside and grill up some tasty dishes. Back inside, you will find a half-bathroom rounding out the main level of the home.
Head downstairs to the basement level, where you will find a dynamic second living room with plush carpeting and plenty of space to spread out or let the little ones in your group run around. This room is great for movie nights on the mounted TV, or game nights with one of the home’s board games or on the Xbox Series X. Adding to the comfort of this space, the basement living room boasts an L-shaped couch that features a sofa bed providing a quiet space for guests to tuck in for the night. Down the hallway is the basement bedroom, a great room for the kids in your group to share with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a trundle twin bed, the perfect space for vacation slumber parties. A full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo is also located on this floor.
The home’s three other bedrooms are located on the upper level and all feature plush carpeting and ceiling fans, great for keeping cool on those warm summer nights. The master bedroom is a well-decorated space with a king-size bed, matching nightstands and lamps, a walk-in closet, a mounted TV, and a private balcony. Adding to the comfort of the bedroom is the beautiful en suite bathroom. This bright and modern bathroom features a double-sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower with a built-in bench and a glass door. The other two upstairs bedrooms each feature queen-size beds in wooden bed frames, matching nightstands with lamps, and a mounted TV. Next to these bedrooms is a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. A laundry room upstairs with a full-size washer and dryer will make keeping up with any laundry needs during your trip a breeze!
The home also includes a private backyard where you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the 5-person hot tub. The backyard is fully fenced, perfect for families with little ones to let the kids run around. A ping-pong table is located in the garage, providing more family fun!

Guests will have access to the entire home, including a private fenced backyard with a hot tub and a front patio. Guests will also have access to two parking spaces in the garage.
The Neighborhood:
This beautiful home boasts an incredible location, placing you nearby beautiful outdoor areas, shopping, and restaurants, and mere minutes from some of the best slopes in the area. Natural beauty is all around in this area with several hiking trailheads in close proximity such as Quinn's Junction Trailhead, Spring Creek Trailhead, and Basin Recreation Millennium Trailhead just minutes away. Just under 7 miles from the home, you will find Utah Olympic Park, home to many event venues in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics and now includes year-round activities for the whole family. Families will love the nearby local park that includes a splash pad in the summer months!
If your trip is all about skiing you will love the close proximity to several of the area's resorts with Canyon Village, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley Resort all within a 25-minute or less drive away, so you can be out on the slopes in no time. Get some shopping at the nearby outlet malls, with Outlet Park City a 15-minute drive away. In the summer months, head over to the beautiful Jordanelle Reservoir and enjoy some water activities, anything from paddleboarding to fishing can be enjoyed here. It is also a quick fifteen-minute drive to Park City's historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival, where you can explore the many shops, galleries, eateries, and breweries.
Getting Around:
This home provides easy access to endless outdoor recreation activities, with HWY 80 and Kimball Junction transit center minutes away. Many of the area's best outdoor ski resorts are within 25 minutes from the home, such as Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort. While the home does not have a public transportation stop within walking distance, Kimball Junction Transit Center is just 5 miles away from which you can park your car and have convenient access to other bus routes to the resorts, outlet stores, and downtown Park City. Make the 15-minute drive to downtown Park City, or take the bus to town, from where you can ride the FREE Main Street Trolley to explore the area.
