Villa Mazara, a modern villa with private swimming pool, has been renovated in 2020 and is located in the Sciacca area, near Agrigento. With a well-kept Mediterranean garden, splendid panoramic views, and large, well equipped terraces the villa is an excellent base for exploring the amazing surrounding area: the beaches of Seccagrande and Eraclea Minoa, the nature reserves of Foce del Fiume Platani and Torre Salsa, the spectacular Realmonte's Scala dei Turchi, the enchanting Valley of the Temples, Sciacca, Selinunte, Mazara del Vallo, Trapani and Marsala are a short drive away. The villa is also just 15 minutes drive from a famous 5\* Golf Resort.

On the ground floor we find the large and bright living area with sofas, dining table with chairs and a modern open plan kitchen. On this level, there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
