Summary: Place was exactly as stated. Enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was the micromanaging by property host. The morning after our arrival, my husband pulled the trash bin from the street. We left to tour Savannah & upon returning that afternoon, my husband realized he had pulled in the wrong bin. He switched bins & the host had already sent a message asking us to bring in the bin. I explained what happened & no big deal. But Saturday night, my kids & I went on a 10:40 pm ghost tour while my husband stayed at the house. We had brought 2 vehicles w/us…a truck & an suv. The driveway was not wide enough for both vehicles to sit side-by-side. We had to constantly move vehicles when only one vehicle was being used. On this night, my kids & I took the suv. My husband pulled the truck into the garage but left the garage door open. The truck did not fit into garage all the way. At around 11pm, while I’m on the tour, I receive phone call from host. A voicemail was left to pull truck out of the garage. Yes, both of these incidences were covered in the rental agreement. However, we had no intention of leaving trash bin in the street or the truck in the garage (rental agreement stated no trucks or oversized suv’s in garage bc the door would not shut). We were on vacation & really didn’t appreciate the constant watching of us while we were there. Very unsettling to say the least!!
