Great value! Fully furnished, newly renovated spacious basement apartment in a cozy, quiet & family friendly neighbourhood. It is a 2 bedroom unit with a kitchenette (no stove), living/dining area and full bathroom. Kitchenette is complete with a toaster oven, coffee maker & mini fridge. If you have an electric or hybrid car, you are welcome to use the on-site level 2 EV charger on the driveway.
It is centrally located in Ajax, within a 5 min drive from highway 401 & GO station, & within walking distance to public transit, grocery stores (Walmart, Costco, No Frills, Superstore, Food Basics), restaurants, & parks.
The space
This self-contained basement unit is exclusive for guest use and is the lower level of a semi-detached house. It is accessible via a separate, private entrance at the right side of the house. Each bedroom includes a workstation and walk-in closet. Great for families and business travellers who needs a clean place to stay at night. Free parking is available on the driveway.
This is a baby/toddler friendly home! If you need any baby and toddler items, they are available upon request.
