The house also benefits from a large sun lounging terrace on the first floor, off road parking, UK Television, Wi-Fi Internet throughout the property, Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living spaces and all the luxuries you would imagine in a house of this standard. The Villa also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spain's largest fishing town).
