This 220m2 villa which is located in the authentic village of La Colle sur Loup, right next to the famous village of St Paul de Vence, has absolutely everything to please. It has been completely renovated in 2018, to a very high standard with a classy, homely feeling. It is bathed in light thanks to the big windows, with amazing, completely undisturbed views of St Paul de Vence village and all the way to the sea.
The garden is pleasant and the decking around the pool will be finished in the Spring of 2019.
The villa is on two levels. When entering in to the villa you arrive on the upper level in the living area which is a big open space bathed in light. This open space contains living area, dining area and open plan kitchen and gives direct access to a terrace with sofa corner and a dining table seating 8 with views. On the other side of the villa there is ls sample space for relaxing on a big terrace. This means that it is always possible to find shade on a hot Summer day.
The living area boost a TV corner with confortable seating, another sofa corner in front of the big windows with view of St Paul de Vence village. The high quality open kitchen offers a bar with seating and the dining area a nice big table for 8 persons.
Next to the kitchen there is a room where there is a second big refrigerator.
On this level there is one double bedroom with dressing and ensuite bathroom which contains a big shower as well as a bathtub. The room can be accessed by a separate entrance but is also accessible directly from the kitchen area. All door openings as well as the bathroom is made to be accessible with a wheelchair.
Going down the stairs from the kitchen area you get to the lower level which contains two bedrooms and a laundry room.
The first bedroom is with a double bed of 160x200cm. It has a spacious ensuite shower room, toilet and two sinks. There is hanging space on a rack and several drawers in this room.
Between the two bedrooms there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The second bedroom has a double bed measuring 140x200cm as well as a second small double bed of 120x190cm. Here is also an ensuite shower room with toilet and sink. There is also a desk with space for a laptop and a closet.
There is direct access to the garden from the two bedrooms.
It is a well kept garden with a small pool of 2,20 x 4,50 meters which can be used to cool down and as there are seats in the pool it is possible to be sit and relax.
